Tera Dill, Receptionist

My name is Tera. I am from Brookland, Arkansas and have lived in Paragould since 2003. I joined Dr. Emily Carter and the wonderful staff at PAC as Receptionist in October 2006. I began my position as a Receptionist at Vetcare in Jonesboro in 2001.What I love the most about my job is communicating and building a bond with our clients and their pets. Being part of a team that helps people keep their pets safe and healthy makes my job worth while. I am the proud mother of 4 amazing children. We have a long-haired Dachshund mix named Stubby and a Shih Tzu named Duchess. I love spending my spare time with my kids and enjoy anything outdoors.

Whitney Dowler, Veterinary Assistant

Hey, my name is Whitney! I've worked here at PAC since March of 2012. I work as a veterinary assistant for Dr. Emily Carter. I am currently studying to earn my Certified Technician License. I love being able to work with all the animals. The best thing about my job is knowing that I get to help save lives. It is a wonderful feeling knowing you are making a difference even if it is something small. I have had the chance to meet a lot of great pets and clients while working here. Growing up, I was raised on a farm so in my spare time I love to do anything outdoors from mudding to riding my two horses, Dixie and Diamond. I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends, my dogs Gracie and Trigger, and my cats Alvin and Paisley.
